Your new Role:
This role advances the objectives of the Portfolio Management Office by providing leadership, oversight and expert advice across Metro South Health's Digital Health Portfolio. You will design, maintain and continuously improve portfolio, program and project management frameworks, ensuring compliance with government standards while enabling successful delivery of digital and ICT initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders, you will drive effective governance, performance reporting, investment assurance and continuous improvement to maximise value, transparency and outcomes across a complex enterprise environment.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in portfolio, program and project management within a large, complex or public sector environment.
- Sound knowledge of governance, investment assurance and best-practice methodologies for digital and ICT delivery.
- Proven ability to analyse information, prepare high-quality reports and provide clear, practical advice to stakeholders.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- Commitment to public sector values, including integrity, equity, respect, safety and inclusive service delivery.
