About your opportunity:
The purpose of this role is to provide advanced clinical expertise and care relevant to women with Gynaecology needs and who experience pelvic pain and endometriosis. Pelvic pain and endometriosis, affecting up to 20%1 and 1 in 72 women and girls respectively, have a profound impact on the quality of life of individuals and their wider community.
Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) has been identified as the preferred location to host a northern Queensland Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis Clinic service to improve healthcare access for women and girls experiencing pelvic pain and endometriosis.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages value up to $106,734 p.a. and generous leave entitlements comprising:
- Salary range: $68.86 to $74.76 p.h. (NG7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Role Requirements:
- Mandatory qualification (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent) and registration with AHPRA.
- Desirable: Midwifery qualification
- Travel is a requirement of this position.
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted, including criminal history clearance.
