We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer Inpatient Unit to our Medical Services team.
The Administration Officer provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication daily and externally with various departments and agencies.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Respond to general reception enquiries on the ward by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support patients and staff.
- As the primary contact on the ward, assist and direct visitors by accessing patient information and providing an effective and courteous front counter service.
- Conduct patient interview to verify information and financial details to complete the Patient Election Form (PEF) process.
- Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
Remuneration value up to $100 585 p.a, comprising salary rates $39.98 - $44.46 p.h, (part time, 60hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3).
