An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Services Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Director of Corporate Services and Heads of Corporate. This diverse role involves providing executive administrative and project management support, drafting correspondence and reports, coordinating meetings, acting as secretariat, and collaborating across the Corporate Services team to deliver agile and responsive services in a high-performance environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Corporate Services, including managing schedules, meetings, agendas, minute-taking, correspondence, diary and travel arrangements, and financial tasks.
- Perform confidential secretarial duties with professionalism, addressing urgent issues and enquiries autonomously.
- Support Corporate Services projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard using effective project management methods.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, such as project plans, briefing notes, and reports.
