What you'll do 

  • Lead end-to-end project management of multiple aeromedical digital clinical and operational system enhancements, ensuring delivery across the full project lifecycle.
  • Elicit, analyse and translate business requirements into functional solutions aligned to organisational strategy and clinical needs.
  • Provide high-level governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and executive reporting to ensure successful implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Develop business cases, manage procurement and contractual processes, and oversee change management to support transition from current to future state systems.

About you

We are searching for someone who:

  • Proven experience delivering complex ICT-enabled projects in large healthcare or similarly complex environments.
  • Strong business analysis expertise, with the ability to lead requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis activities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills, including experience working with senior clinical and executive leaders.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within defined timeframes.
