About you
You're an organised, solutions‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You'll excel in this role if you bring:
- Strong administrative and project support capability, with the ability to coordinate systems, records, reporting and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience supporting project design, development or delivery, ideally with exposure to project governance or project control processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to work effectively across multiple teams and support issue resolution and analysis activities.
- Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and track project actions.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with eDRMS and/or finance or payment administration systems.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to contribute to a positive, collaborative project team culture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will:
- Provide timely, accurate and confidential administrative and project support to the Project Acceleration Office.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, controls, registers and project records.
- Coordinate project systems, correspondence and reporting, ensuring issues are logged, prioritised and monitored.
- Organise project meetings, including scheduling, venues, agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Assist with issue management, research, analysis and planning activities.
- Liaise with project managers and business areas to monitor expenses, invoices, procurement and project administration.
- Track, monitor and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure alignment with approved time, cost and quality metrics.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, briefs, reports and submissions relating to project establishment, progress and closure.
