About the Role:

As a Corporate Services Officer, you will provide essential support across a range of corporate services functions within the Central Queensland Region. You will work closely with regional staff and corporate partners to deliver consistent, high‑quality administrative services. Your role contributes directly to improving operational capability across schools and supporting systemic priorities that enhance educational outcomes.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Provide admin support including reception duties, receiving phone calls, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and support meeting logistics, including purchasing such as stationery
  • Assist with staff onboarding such as issuing access/ID cards and asset allocations
  • Assist with local fleet activities such as servicing, repairs and general vehicle support

About You:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across schools and regional teams
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, flexibility and responsive service delivery
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team supporting multiple stakeholders
