Senior Car Park Coordinator
South Brisbane
The Senior Carpark Coordinator, based at the Queensland Cultural Centre (QCC), is responsible for managing a large Carpark Officer (CPO) team to ensure implementation of procedures and policies relating to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements of all staff, patrons, contractors, performers, and other visitors to the QCC carparks.
The role oversees QCC carpark operations to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of carpark services in accordance with client and statutory requirements.
The position is also focused on the day-to-day management and operations of the three (3) QCC carparks.
Additionally, you will work closely with the QCC stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of carpark related services.
The QCC carparks provide a service to patrons, and the generated revenue is reinvested into the site for maintenance and upkeep.

Arts Queensland is looking for a fixed-term temporary full-time Senior Car Park Coordinator (AO6) to work with us at the Queensland Cultural Centre, South Brisbane.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Transferrable knowledge and skills in being able to lead and coordinate large teams including schedules, resources, and follow local operational practices.
- Ensure compliance in meeting policies/procedures and ability to improve these as required.
- Ability to oversee financial management processes, including revenue consolidation/reporting.
- High-level stakeholder management skills and ability to de-escalate situations quickly.
- Ability to work in a multi-diverse team and support AQ's equity and diversity commitments.
- Ability to be on on-call/recall to work and work between 6AM-11PM Monday-Sunday (including public holidays) as required.

- Salary: $119,802 - $127,942 p.a. + 12.75% super.
