About the role:
The Regional Adversity Care Clinician (RAC) plays a key role in implementing the Tackling Regional Adversity through Connected Communities (TRACC) program. The RAC strengthens community mental health capacity through a combination of clinical outreach, service coordination, mental health literacy promotion, frontline worker education, and community resilience initiatives. By providing clinical mental health services through a model of care co-ordination, individuals will be assisted to access a range of service providers and sectors as well as supporting the capacity of the service system to respond to the mental health needs of people in the community.
