We're excited to welcome an Advanced Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation to Allied Health Phsyiotherapy.

Deliver advanced clinical services and clinical leadership to stakeholders/customers of the Sunshine Coast Health (SCH) and Queensland Health, across a multidisciplinary team and at the service level.
Services are provided across multiple areas within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service including; Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Nambour Hospital, Maleny Hospital, Gympie Hospital and community rehabilitation services. An aspect of this role may include team leadership of the community based allied health team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver an advanced level of clinical skill in one or more areas of a complex nature with the ability to independently apply specialist and novel judgement to meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
- Provide high-level clinical support and advice to staff within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) with the management and problem solving regarding clinically complex patients.
- Possess advanced clinical leadership abilities and facilitates the integration of services across specialties within a clinical area to coordinate the delivery of effective Rehabilitation services across the SCH.
- Provide high-level clinical advice within area of expertise to clinicians, professional and operational teams, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding professional standards, service initiatives, service needs and clinical service development.
Remuneration value up to $172 615 p.a., comprising salary between $144 991 - $151 289 p.a. (f/t) or Remuneration value up to $4315 p.m., comprising salary between $5557.50 - $5798.90 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates: $73.12 - $76.30 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (one temporary full time, 76 hrs p.f., and one temporary part time, 22.8 hrs p.f.).
