As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you'll help teams deliver great care by backing inclusive leadership and people‑first strategies. From working alongside senior leaders to supporting change that works for real people, you'll be part of a collaborative People and Culture team focused on outcomes that matter; for our people, our patients and our diverse communities.
Every day, you'll contribute by:

You'll feel proud seeing leaders grow, teams thrive and our community benefit from stronger, more connected workplaces. Guided by compassion, integrity and courage, you turn ideas into action and build relationships that last.
What will help you shine in this role:

- Strength in coaching leaders, supporting change, organisational design and workforce planning or talent initiatives
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record of trusted stakeholder relationships
You'll stand out if you've worked in healthcare or regional settings, and/or hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management (or equivalent).
