About the Role
Sherwood State School is seeking a highly motivated and capable Business Manager to join our collaborative leadership team. The Business Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across the school's financial, administrative, and operational functions, ensuring the effective, ethical, and efficient use of resources to support school priorities.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to:
- Shape and support strategic direction through effective resource and risk management
- Deliver strong financial and business management practices
- Build positive and productive working relationships
- Apply sound judgement, integrity, and professional accountability
- Lead operational processes within a dynamic school environment
- Maintain a clear understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
