Senior Arts Business Services Officer

Arts Queensland (AQ), now part of Department of Education, is looking for a permanent full-time Senior Arts Business Services (ABS) Officer (AO4) to come work for us.
The successful applicant will work within the ABS unit within the finance team.
You will also possess a strong finance acumen to support the team and deliver accurate financial processing and purchasing activities, and support two (2) AO3 ABS Officers.
This position is essential in being able to work collaboratively and proactively as a team to offer our stakeholders a high standard of customer service.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Ability to prepare and process a range of financial activities (including but not limited to): purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and journals, corporate card reconciliations.
- Monitor shared mailboxes, reviewing/managing a range of correspondences
- Ability to use or adapt quickly in using a variety of software programs, including Technology One (Finance), TRIM (Content Manager), MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP.
- Reviewing local processes and contributing towards business improvements where possible.
- Being able to work collaborating within a team and support two (2) AO3 ABS Officers.

- Salary: $90,869 - $99,583 p.a. + 12.75% super
