We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Principal to lead our school community with integrity, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to excellence. As Principal, you will inspire continuous improvement, nurture staff capability, and create a safe, supportive, and future- focused learning environment where all students can thrive. This is a temporary full-time position commencing 3 April 2026 until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About Us:

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Model ethical, values-based leadership while embedding socially just and inclusive practices across all aspects of school life.
  • Maintain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry, and business to enhance opportunities for students.
  • Demonstrate strategic, future-focused leadership through sound understanding of relevant legislation and effective management of resources to achieve school goals.
