As the Manager, Production Support, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the stability, optimisation and continuous improvement of Queensland Health's Workforce Management (WFM) solution. This role ensures reliable system performance across Hospital and Health Services, enabling safe rostering, accurate payroll integration, and workforce visibility that supports frontline patient care.
What you'll do
- Lead production support operations, incident and problem management.
- Drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand impacts and prioritise workaround and fixes accordingly.
- Ensure governance, compliance and risk management standards are met.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
About you
We're looking for a strategic and people-centred leader with experience in enterprise workforce systems, service management, and complex stakeholder environments. Experience in healthcare, rostering or payroll-integrated platforms will be highly regarded.
