🚀 About the role

- Step in and keep things moving - calm, organised, and solutions-focused
- Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable environment
- Use strong computer and administrative skills to support rostering, reporting, and day-to-day operations
- Build genuine relationships with staff and community
- Be flexible and willing to step in where needed
