Your new role:
As a Psychologist within the community mental health service, you will provide psychological assessment, treatment and case management for consumers with complex mental health needs. Working within an interprofessional team, you will support recovery-focused care while contributing to service improvement, education and quality initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver psychological assessment, intervention and case management
- Manage a clinical caseload within a community mental health setting
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and service reporting
- Contribute to quality improvement and service development activities
About you:
You are a compassionate and motivated psychologist who is committed to delivering recovery-oriented care within community mental health services. You bring strong clinical skills, teamwork capability and a passion for supporting consumers and families.
You will bring:
- Eligibility for General Registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia)
- Experience delivering evidence-based psychological interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage caseloads and prioritise workload in a complex environment
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
