About the Role
The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in the effective and efficient administrative management of the school, providing corporate services and support to the Principal. This position requires a proactive and organised professional who can deliver on priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day office procedures, including reception, correspondence, and school records, while utilising systems like OneSchool for reporting and administration.
- Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, training, and performance monitoring in collaboration with the Principal.
- Assisting with budget preparation, financial management, and overseeing accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and banking.
- Coordinating the management of school resources, assets, and facilities, including maintenance, minor works, and technical support for equipment.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and provide advice and support.
This role would suit a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for contributing to a thriving school community.
