We have an opportunity for an experienced engagement partner to join our team!
As an Engagement Partner, you will:
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Obtain a high level of understanding of your client portfolio's business environment and strategy by partnering, collaborating and collecting information from internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously seek to improve work practices, internal processes and procedures to ensure a positive engagement experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of Service Level Agreements and variations.
- Ensure the accurate and timely billing of all service charges related to the position's allocated clients.
- Update and maintain all spreadsheets, databases and records to produce reports for both the team and management when required.
- Manage the communication of Service Level Management information within an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Delivery Framework.
- Prepare reports and submissions where required.
- Actively contribute to a culture of client and service excellence across the organisation.

- Has knowledge of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Delivery Framework.
- Is passionate about making a positive difference for Queenslanders.
