Metro South Health is seeking a Nurse Manager – Team Leader Adult Wellbeing (NG7) to lead the Logan Adult Wellbeing Team within Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services. Based at Logan Central, this permanent full-time leadership role is responsible for operational management, workforce leadership and delivery of recovery-focused care for consumers experiencing mood disorders and situational crises.

Your new role:
As the Team Leader, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and operational management of a multidisciplinary mental health team delivering short-term therapeutic interventions. You will oversee service delivery, workforce planning and resource management while ensuring high standards of patient-centred care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a multidisciplinary mental health team delivering short-term therapy
- Managing workforce, resources, service performance and operational priorities
- Supporting evidence-based mental health care and clinical governance
- Driving service improvement, quality initiatives and innovative care models
- Building strong partnerships across the mental health service network
About you:
You are a confident and experienced mental health nurse with strong leadership capability and a passion for recovery-oriented care. You thrive leading teams in complex service environments and are committed to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
You will bring:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Advanced knowledge of contemporary mental health nursing practice
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or services
- Strong skills in workforce management, service planning and governance
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
