As a Principal Digital Officer (AO7), you will provide leadership and direction to ensure the effective design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes and workloads across the department’s enterprise digital platforms. Working closely with business areas and stakeholders, you will anticipate risks and opportunities, drive operational efficiencies and deliver high quality outcomes across a diverse technology environment.

The Principal Digital Officer (AO7) plays a key leadership role within Digital Operations, Digital & Information Services. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the effective design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes and workloads across the department's enterprise digital platforms.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver and continuously improve enterprise digital processes and platforms. Provide strategic and technical leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure, ensuring services meet agreed performance standards and business needs. Work closely with stakeholders, vendors and partners to manage service delivery, contracts and governance, while identifying efficiencies and managing risks. Prepare high level advice, briefings and reports, contribute to incident management when required, and foster a positive, inclusive and high performing team culture.
