BSSSC offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum as well as the Queensland Curriculum in the senior phase of learning.  Experience with teaching IB curriculum is desirable.

Additionally, in collaboration with The University of Queensland (UQ), BSSSC is already setting the benchmark for secondary education nationally, and provides students with an innovative physical and pedagogical environment where teaching and learning is tailored for every student.  The College is part of an innovation district actively connecting with a network of local schools, businesses, hospitals, and health and social sciences, as well as UQ.  It is a highly responsive educational community embracing the opportunities of a rapidly changing world.
