About the role:
- Provide clinical leadership and professional advice on patient safety and quality improvement.
- Coordinate portfolios related to clinical governance and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
- Identify inconsistencies between policy and practice and lead the implementation of clinical innovations.
- Act as a role model and educational resource for staff, including orientation and capacity building.
- Participate in clinical audits and research to achieve agreed care outcomes for our consumers.
About you:
- You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- You have a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- You demonstrate high-level communication skills to prepare accurate reports and engage stakeholders.
- You are proactive in achieving best practice outcomes and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- You possess a strong commitment to your own professional development and the support of undergraduate students.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:
- A salary between $111,198 - $119,072 p.a.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
