- Salary range: $80.80 to $86.94 p.h. (HP4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The THHS Single Assessment Organisation is a multi-disciplinary team providing assessment services to older Queenslanders in the community and the hospital setting. The assessment system aims to simplify and improve access to aged care services. The assessment framework is designed to streamline the assessment process and enhance the overall experience for older Queenslanders.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- The possession of a tertiary degree from a recognised tertiary institution and registration in the disciplines of either Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Speech Pathology or Dietetics and Nutrition.
- Appointment to this position requires proof of current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or registration/ability to be registered with a relevant professional association and possession of a current practicing certificate.
- Minimum of one year demonstrated experience directly delivering services in aged care settings and/or to aged persons.
- Travel: Please note, this position will be required to travel to, and work at, other facilities located within the Aged Care Planning Regions in the delivery of Aged Care Assessments.
- This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
