About the role 

In this role you will analyse and assess building disputes, licensing applications, insurance claims and compliance matters in line with legislation and policy, making fair, well‑reasoned decisions that withstand scrutiny. The role relies on strong communication, accurate writing and sound decision‑making to guide homeowners and licensees through legislative requirements. With a people‑focused approach, you will provide face‑to‑face customer service, educate stakeholders on their rights, responsibilities and emerging industry issues, and build constructive relationships that support professionalism, compliance and safer construction practices.  

This position is based in Robina on the Gold Coast, and the successful candidate will have the option to work from home for up to two days per week under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement.

About you 

The ideal candidate brings excellent customer service skills, an ability to apply critical thinking skills to make effective decisions and excellent attention to detail.  

Experience in case management, dispute management and an ability to work autonomously will be highly regarded.
