As the Administration Officer you will:
Use departmental databases and information systems to manage accurate records, produce reports and statistical information.
Provide accurate and timely information to management and staff on a range of dministrative matters including human resource management, financial management, general administration and the status of the work being undertaken and work procedures e.g. issuing of invoices and tracking of the progress of payments, correspondence and records management systems.
Identify areas of operational improvement and assist in devising and implementing solutions to improve efficiency including the development of effective work practices and procedures.
