Your new role:
In this role you will provide advanced psychology services within the headspace In-Reach Program, supporting young people with complex mental health needs while contributing to service development and clinical leadership.
- Deliver psychological assessment, intervention and care planning
- Manage a complex caseload within a multidisciplinary youth mental health team
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance and support to junior clinicians
- Facilitate individual therapy, co-therapy and therapeutic group programs
- Contribute to service improvement, quality initiatives and research activities
About you:
You are an experienced psychologist with strong clinical expertise and a passion for improving mental health outcomes for young people through early intervention and collaborative care.
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist with APAC-accredited qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing complex mental health presentations
- Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior clinicians
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous service improvement
