The Opportunity
About the role
The Change Manager will work within the Transformation Program Office leading and managing change for the program and significant and complex and projects.
The Transformation Program Office is responsible for leading the department's internal transformation.
You will drive engagement, change and innovation to ensure program success and deliver high quality outcomes for DPI and industry.

As our Change Manager, you will:
• Provide strategic leadership and expert guidance to program leadership, stakeholders, and the team on the overarching change management strategy, including the selection and application of tools and methodologies. Ensure these approaches align with the DPI Change Framework to drive business transformation, achieve program objectives, and foster a culture of high performance.
• Deliver specialised advice on the detailed assessment, analysis, documentation, and application of approved change management methodologies. Lead efforts to evaluate risks and issues arising from change initiatives, supporting the team in developing and executing effective mitigation strategies.
• Work in consultation with the team and internal partners to develop change management documentation, materials and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain transformational change. Oversee the delivery of change support, ensuring change plans are aligned to key program and project milestones and objectives.
• Lead and manage the Business Change Impact Assessments, development of change responses, interventions and business readiness activities relating to new business processes.
• Represent the program as required in high level and often complex communications, collaboration, negotiations and other interactions with clients and other key stakeholders.
