About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide management and operational supervision for a small team of Health Practitioner, Professional and Administrative Officers to deliver regulatory and legislative compliant Clinical Research Coordination, Clinical Data Management and Quality Improvement and Patient Safety services to stakeholders and customers of Queensland Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Operationally manage and monitor the standard and outcomes of a small team of health professionals delivering clinical data management, safety & quality and research services to a range of stakeholders/customers.
- Provide leadership in the professional development of staff within a small team, facilitating training and performing their performance management.
- Make a key contribution to clinical research activities within the work unit that have demonstrable research outcomes. from inception to publication (assist in protocol development, data plans, Human Research Ethics and Governance requirements, data extraction and cleaning).
