Tell me more…The Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM) is a Registered Midwife who leads with heart and expertise, guiding the maternity service through advanced clinical leadership, operational management and strategic direction. You'll coordinate people, resources and practice to deliver safe, evidence‑based, woman‑centred care - all while nurturing strong relationships, championing lifelong learning and empowering women throughout their pregnancy and birthing journey. At its core, this role is about creating a culture where women feel heard, supported and confident in their choices.
