Emu Park State School is seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join our administration team 3 days per week.
We are looking for a positive and adaptable person who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and supporting staff, students and families.

The successful applicant will become part of the school's administration team, working collaboratively under the guidance of the Principal and Business Manager.
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school and ensuring a welcoming, well organised front office environment.
You will assist staff, students, and families by providing high quality administrative support and maintaining efficient systems and processes. Your role will contribute to smooth communication across the school, accurate record keeping, and the effective delivery of school services.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide general day to day administrative support as directed by the Principal or Business Manager.
- Assist with reception duties, including phone calls, counter enquiries, appointments, mail, email, and routine correspondence.
- Maintain school records such as enrolments, departures and student information.
- Process basic financial tasks - payments, orders, receipting, banking, invoicing.
- Help prepare documents such as minutes, forms, newsletters, reports, and routine correspondence.
