You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $400,217 (L27) comprising salary rates between $216,643 (L18) and $274,678 (L27), pro rata, comprising salary rates between $103.79 (L18) and $131.60 p.h (L27) clinical managers allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.

As Clinical Director BreastScreen, you'll guide a service central to early detection for women across the region. Your leadership will elevate clinical quality, strengthen teamwork and ensure every person receives safe, compassionate care.

- Leading an accredited screening and assessment program that delivers timely, high‑quality outcomes.
- Providing expert oversight in complex cases and ensuring clear, coordinated care pathways.
- Driving improvement through smart resource use, collaborative planning and evidence‑based practice.
- Supporting learning through coaching, teaching and active participation in research.

- Medical qualification, AHPRA registration and Medicare eligibility.
- Strong capability in breast screening and assessment, including complex decision‑making.
- Collaborative leadership with a focus on safety, quality and improvement.
You'll shine with experience in breast imaging interpretation or postgraduate leadership training.
