QRIDA is seeking an individual to lead a team of Portfolio Management Officers and Portfolio Management Support Officers, ensuring that correct work priorities are in place and appropriate output levels are being maintained. The role is also required to make decisions on reviews of COVID-19 Jobs Support Loans for at-risk cases and assist the Senior Manager to minimize write-offs via early identification of potentially at-risk loan accounts and dedicated arrears management. Key responsibilities and duties undertaken by the role include:
- To supervise the day-to-day operations of a team of Portfolio Management Officers and Portfolio Management Support Officers and Portfolio Management Support Assistants.
- Assist the Senior Manager, Small Business Loans Unit with:
- the completion of annual reviews, if applicable on complex and at-risk loan accounts in accordance with agreed client risk profile parameters.
- authorising variations to client loans conditions including security and arrears management.
- remedial action and arrears management in accordance with the QRIDA and Scheme processes and procedures.
- maintaining a watchlist of deteriorating and potentially deteriorating loan accounts where QRIDA may be at risk of capital loss or negative reputational impacts.
- maintaining suspended accounts, bad debt, provisions of loss and write-off records.
