We're recruiting an inclusion teacher to join our close-knit team. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a new experience, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Co-teaching to model and support differentiated and inclusive classroom practices
- Collaborative planning with teachers and teams
- Supporting the development and implementation of PLRs (Personalised Learning Records) and ICPs (Individual Curriculum Plans)
- Using a range of student data to inform responsive teaching and intervention
- Contributing to whole school inclusive frameworks, including MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)
- Supporting NCCD requirements, including data collection and evidence processes
