Provide high-level executive and project support within a central Enterprise Program Management Office, supporting senior leaders to deliver strategic outcomes.

This is an opportunity to join a central Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) that supports the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation.

The EPMO plays a key role in strengthening governance, improving project maturity and enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions through effective planning, reporting and assurance.

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised professional who:

  • Has demonstrated experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support.
  • Is confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbally.
  • Exercises sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Builds strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Enjoys contributing to improved governance, systems and ways of working.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar executive support, project support or administrative role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level written communication skills, including experience preparing briefs and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks or methodologies (desirable).
