Toolooa State High School is seeking an organised Administrative Officer to join our front office team. Based at the student counter, this role would suit someone who can effectively multitask and thrive in a
busy, dynamic environment.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.79FTE), 57 hours per fortnight.

About the School
Toolooa State High School is a secondary school in Gladstone, Central Queensland, providing education for students in Years 7-12. About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service at the student counter by assisting students with enquiries
- Support attendance processes using ID Attend, including signing students in and out, processing absences, and assisting with roll marking
- Administer basic first aid in the sick bay as required
- Liaise with parents regarding student matters
- Call for students on behalf of the Leadership team
- Undertake a range of general administrative duties as required
About You
The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering friendly, student-focused service and will be able to operate confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Applicants with previous school office experience is highly desired.
