We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Principal to lead our school community in delivering outstanding educational outcomes for students. The role requires a future-focused leader with a strong understanding of educational policy and governance, the ability to effectively manage resources, and a commitment to developing staff capability to maximise student success. As Principal, you will shape and implement a shared vision for learning, build strong partnerships, and ensure a safe, supportive and innovative school environment.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Lead the school community to develop and commit to a shared educational vision that prioritises high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Demonstrate ethical and values-based leadership by upholding the integrity of the principalship and embedding socially just practices in everyday school life.
  • Promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement by setting high standards for staff and students and engaging in lifelong learning and professional development.
  • Build and sustain collaborative partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business to support student learning and school success.
  • Provide strategic and future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies and effectively managing resources to achieve school goals.
