Service Analyst Officer
SLQ South Bank, Brisbane
State Library is seeking a Service Analyst Officer to join the ICT Services Business Engagement team, delivering frontline service desk and end-user support.
The role provides responsive technical support to staff and clients, managing incidents and service requests through the ICT service desk and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets in a busy operational environment.
You will troubleshoot end-user technology and application issues within a managed enterprise device environment while supporting digital services for staff and public access technologies.
We are seeking someone with strong customer engagement skills, practical troubleshooting capability and experience working in an ICT service desk or similar operational support environment.
ICT service desk experience using an ITSM or ticketing system will be highly regarded.
