As a Coastal Scientist, you will provide expert scientific and technical advice to support the delivery of the Gold Coast Waterways Management Strategy, helping guide major initiatives such as dredging programs, sand bypassing, coastal infrastructure and environmental management.
You will work collaboratively across government and industry to analyse data, develop investment options, manage projects and contribute to strategic planning that ensures the sustainable use of the Gold Coast waterways.
This is a unique opportunity to combine coastal science, data analysis and project delivery to influence long-term outcomes for the region's waterways, marine industries, tourism and community.
