The Compliance and Improvement Officer role is responsible for assisting with programs of work in relation to compliance, risk management, assessing internal controls and providing professional support, assurance and expert advice. This role also supports governance and continuous improvement initiatives across Payroll Transactional Services.

Your key responsibilities:
- Assess payroll transactional services compliance with standard business processes in accordance with approved frameworks and legislation.
- Analyse Assurance results for Payroll Transactional Services and provide advice and written reports to key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in contributing to building and sustaining a continual process improvement culture within a large and diverse organisation.
