Your Role

  • Lead the design of integrated business and technology solutions, including strategies, roadmaps, business cases and change impacts.

  • Plan and oversee system integration across applications, data, APIs and services, providing architectural leadership and mentoring.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and co‑design future state operating models and solutions.
  • Assess existing systems and operating models to establish performance baselines and improvement opportunities.
  • Produce high‑quality architecture artefacts such as operating models, solution designs, user stories and use cases to influence executive decision‑making.
  • Apply industry standards and evidence‑based practices to ensure accurate, traceable documentation and continuous framework improvement.
  • Engage constructively with vendors and external partners to evaluate emerging technologies and solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree or recognised qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline (highly desirable).

  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise architecture and solution design in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and co‑design customer‑centric solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of industry frameworks, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High‑level negotiation, facilitation and documentation skills in complex program or project environments.
