What your day could look like
You'll strengthen access to high‑quality care across our rural region. Your work will help clients, families and our care teams feel supported, informed and empowered. From delivering expert clinical services to shaping practices, your work will impact the health service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering advanced clinical assessment and intervention improving communication, safety and independence for people across varied care settings
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families and community partners to shape coordinated, person‑centred care plans
- Driving service development by leading quality initiatives, reviewing clinical outcomes and refining models of care
- Sharing knowledge through supervision, mentoring and education that strengthens the broader allied health workforce

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current professional certification
- Strong capability in delivering high‑level clinical services across acute, outpatient and community settings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset with confidence in leading change
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have rural practice experience and/or postgraduate qualifications that support advanced clinical practice.
