Townsville Hospital and Health Service are seeking enthusiastic Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers (Advanced) to join the team within Child and Youth Family Health Service in Townsville University on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.

This role plays a key part in a multidisciplinary team implementing the Putting Qld Kids First strategy.

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $77,342 to $1006,358 p.a. (f/t) or $39.00 - $53.64 p.h. (p/t) (HWF3)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus great Salary Packaging options 
  • Flexible working arrangements may be available

It will also facilitate child health and developmental checks, deliver health promotion and management for families, and provide community support and education.

Requirements:
