About us:
- Provide consistent, safe and efficient occupational therapy and case management services, within a multidisciplinary team, with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision.
- Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving abilities while working in varied and demanding caseload
- Provide ongoing development and maintenance of internal and external networks and proactively developing self, including maintaining contemporary knowledge of the profession, management and organisational strategies.
- The position reports operationally to the Team Leader for Transition Care and professionally to the Director of Occupational Therapy.
