In the next decade, various large rail infrastructure investment projects and system enhancements will be delivered which will change the way people move.
To ensure a coordinated approach in the delivery of this large rail infrastructure pipeline, TMR has established a Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office.

Provide high level support to the office of the General Manager, Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office within the Rail Division supporting key branch actions. Working in a fast-paced environment; flexibility, initiative and confidentiality will be required for dealing with staff at all levels.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Prepare correspondence, presentations and other collateral using pre-approved wording and seeking advice from subject matter experts where required, to ensure customer queries are adequately addressed. Ensuring compliance with template instructions and writing style guides.
• Communicate and liaise with managers and senior executives from public and private organisations on a wide range of issues, respect confidentiality and maintain effective working relationships.
• Coordinate and quality assure ministerial and executive correspondence, and adhoc information requests, ensuring timeframes are met and issues are escalated where appropriate.
• Provide high level administrative support such as organising travel, corporate card payments, stationary orders and records management.
• Ensure appropriate governance frameworks and reporting are maintained and adhered to in order to ensure compliance with TMR guidelines and internal team processes.
• Other day-to-day tasks consistent with the role as assigned
