Your Opportunity
In this influential role, you'll work at the intersection of policy, strategy and delivery—collaborating across Queensland Government, with other jurisdictions, and with industry and private sector partners. You will contribute to statewide infrastructure strategies, frameworks and policy initiatives that support the delivery of Queensland's capital program, optimise existing assets and drive economic growth, productivity and innovation.
You'll be part of a high performing team focused on sectoral leadership, strategic policy and productivity reform, helping to improve how infrastructure decisions are made and delivered across Queensland.

Your Responsibilities - As Manager, Infrastructure Strategy, you will:
- Provide strategic policy advice to Ministers, senior executives and stakeholders to support infrastructure delivery and economic and social outcomes.
- Identify cross cutting infrastructure issues and opportunities and develop practical policy options and recommendations.
- Lead and coordinate research, strategic analysis and advice on complex infrastructure issues at state, national and global levels.
- Support contemporary infrastructure policy development through workshops, meetings, cross government secretariat functions and active collaboration.
- Use strategic partnerships to inform Queensland's contribution to national infrastructure discussions and reforms.
- Prepare high quality briefings, policy papers, Cabinet submissions, reports and correspondence on infrastructure matters.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships across the department, Queensland Government and industry.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues to achieve organisational priorities and professional growth.
