As a Business Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person for supporting our team and division in delivering essential business services. Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Assist with HR tasks like onboarding, recruitment, and establishment management, ensuring our people are supported from day one.
  • Help with finance activities, including invoice payments and expense reconciliation, so everything adds up perfectly.
  • Manage facilities queries, from building access to maintenance issues, ensuring our workplace is functional and efficient.
  • Coordinate stocktakes, audits, procurement, and asset management, while also handling general business needs like IT support, travel, and stationery.
  • Work with stakeholders to provide accurate advice and guidance, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
