What's involved – A Registered Nurse (RN) with Palliative Care practices autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to provide nursing services within a remote health service setting. The Palliative Care RN is responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care, education and/or research and applies critical thinking across all the domains. As a member of the Community Health team, the role will also work collaboratively and more broadly with other clinical team members to ensure sustained delivery of strategic priorities and operational imperatives.
