As a Clinical Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, safety and wellbeing of a rural community. You'll balance hands‑on clinical care with leadership, working closely with colleagues to deliver care that is responsive, personal and impactful. Your work will help strengthen local health outcomes and support sustainable services for the future.

- Delivering comprehensive, person‑centred primary health care using advanced clinical judgement
- Coordinating and guiding care alongside multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve safe, effective outcomes
- Leading quality and safety improvements that strengthen how care is delivered in a rural setting
- Supporting and mentoring others while modelling professional, values‑based nursing practice
