You'll play a vital role in strengthening the health and wellbeing of your community. From guiding people through care pathways to building meaningful connections with families, you'll work with a supportive team dedicated to delivering respectful, culturally informed services.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading tailored health support that helps individuals and families access the right care at the right time
- Working closely with clinicians, community groups and partner services to coordinate care and improve outcomes
- Creating and delivering education that empowers people to make informed decisions about their sexual health and overall wellbeing
- Building relationships that promote cultural understanding, connection and long‑term engagement with health services

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- A recognised qualification in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (Certificate IV or Diploma)
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, health needs and community priorities
- The ability to mentor, collaborate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
- A current C‑class driver's licence
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in regional communities and/or additional training in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice.
